Funny sweet and sometimes funny, the plot is not typical at all and the characters are well written. But unfortunately the male protagonist character was weak and too sensitive for a man. I wanted to read the next book in the series but I didn’t when I noticed some reviews saying it has an explicit scene.

I do appreciate the effort, but I got to chapter 4 and could not read any more. It was not written well. The story was not believable, cutting all her hair just because she got a few strands caught in a button when her hair was her pride and joy? I don't think that's believable.

The tone of this book is like something for 6th graders from the 1950s. They weren't kidding when they characterized it as G-rated. Omigosh. I read it so I'd have the background for the R-rated sequel! We'll see.

I thought the book was cute. A nice romance novel that dated in past history but was written in modern language. It was also easy to follow. There were not alot of side stories so it was easy to follow and a quick read.Very enjoyable. I would recommend this book to others.

The story was enjoyable but there were some continuity error, specifically with the name of Tom's sister. Throughout the entire story, her name was Jenny but in the epilogue, it was Wendy. Either two different people wrote the story or it wasn't proofread enough.

I thought the book was cute. A nice romance novel that dated in past history but was written in modern language. It was also easy to follow. There were not alot of side stories so it was easy to follow and a quick read.Very enjoyable. I would recommend this book to others.

I'm loving the author and her stories, but I am wishing there was more depth to the books. More detail and longer books. She really has something going here. I read 4-6 novels a week, and have very much enjoyed these books. I would recommend her books for a good short read!!

The story was enjoyable but there were some continuity error, specifically with the name of Tom's sister. Throughout the entire story, her name was Jenny but in the epilogue, it was Wendy. Either two different people wrote the story or it wasn't proofread enough.

Funny sweet and sometimes funny, the plot is not typical at all and the characters are well written. But unfortunately the male protagonist character was weak and too sensitive for a man. I wanted to read the next book in the series but I didn’t when I noticed some reviews saying it has an explicit scene.

I do appreciate the effort, but I got to chapter 4 and could not read any more. It was not written well. The story was not believable, cutting all her hair just because she got a few strands caught in a button when her hair was her pride and joy? I don't think that's believable.

The tone of this book is like something for 6th graders from the 1950s. They weren't kidding when they characterized it as G-rated. Omigosh. I read it so I'd have the background for the R-rated sequel! We'll see.
